Practical problem solving including Algorithms, Formal Logic, Data Structures, and various other areas.

Hello, world!
I'm a PhD student in Computer Science at the University of New Hampshire. I created this blog to encourage myself to work on my problem solving skills, particularly in Geometry, Linear Algebra, Algorithms, Formal Logic, and Data Structures. However, topics may also include things as far removed from the above as composting, time management, home energy efficiency, and permaculture. I'll be using a method much like George Polya's in abstracting the problem, noting similar problems with known solutions, creating and implementing a planned solution, and generalizing my solution. Please feel free to suggest problems or alternate solutions.
